Never one to shy away from a challenge, current IBF Southern Regional welterweight champion, Paul Delgado will step up in competition and travel to Ljubljana to take on IBF welterweight champion Jan Zaveck. With Zaveck a heavy favorite on most books, Delgado will have to overcome both the unfamiliar surroundings and the underdog label to seize a victory on February 18, 2011. A situation the Atlanta resident Delgado does not take lightly.
